From Insights to Actions: Advancing Trauma-Informed Care for Asian American and Asian Immigrant (AAAI) Children and Families. The current workshop will invite mental health service providers, researchers, community-based organizations, and AAAI community members to discuss trends and insights for trauma-informed care and prevention for AAAIs in the Greater Boston area.

Join us for a discussion dedicated to exploring innovative strategies for bridging health equity gaps and ensuring continuous access to essential care amid policy shifts. This virtual event will feature a keynote presentation and panel, focusing on practical solutions and shared experiences designed to foster community resilience and enhance service access for all. Join the Greater Boston Suicide Prevention Coalition on Wednesday, October 22 from 6:30 to 8:00 PM for an important conversation on mental health among Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) youth. Featuring Dr. DJ Ida, a national leader in AANHPI mental health and equity, and explore how identity, discrimination, and cultural experiences shape mental well-being. Along with what we can do together to foster healing and hope. Attendees will also have a chance to win AANHPI art prizes donated by local artists!
