Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Asian Women for Health (AWFH)! Our volunteers support programs that advance health equity and strengthen Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities across Massachusetts.
Whether you’re interested in community events, health education, youth mental health, research, outreach, or behind-the-scenes support, this orientation is your first step to getting involved.
During the session, you’ll:
- Learn about AWFH’s mission, programs, and impact
- Explore current volunteer opportunities
- Review volunteer expectations and policies
- Meet AWFH staff and fellow volunteers
- Learn how to sign up for opportunities that match your interests and availability
- Ask questions and prepare for your volunteer experience

Anyone interested in volunteering with AWFH, including students, professionals, retirees, and community members.
Please note: Volunteer Orientation is required before participating in AWFH volunteer opportunities. After completing the orientation, you’ll receive access to our volunteer opportunity sign-up form and can select opportunities that fit your interests, skills, and schedule.
