Boston, MA – Sept 15, 2025 – Asian Women for Health (AWFH), a leading nonprofit dedicated to advancing health equity for pan-Asian communities, is proud to announce the appointment of six new members to its Board of Directors. This marks a significant milestone in the organization’s growth and commitment to building a diverse, visionary leadership team.
Joining the Board are:

- Mary Joan Castillo-Dreyfuss, PhD, Clinical Specialized Bioassay Vendor Manager, Advanced Clinical
- Jennifer Rubin, Attorney and Partner, Decker & Rubin
- Andrew Chan, Account Executive, Stratacuity
The expansion reflects AWFH’s dedication to strengthening its governance and capacity as the organization continues to scale its impact across three pillars of work: workforce development, community health education, and community-engaged research.
