Since 2010, the Asian American Mental Health Forum has brought together people with lived experience, mental health practitioners, researchers, policymakers, advocates, students, and community organizations to foster dialogue, share knowledge, and advance mental health equity across Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities.

Started as a collaborative effort to create space for conversations about mental health within AANHPI communities, the Forum has grown into a longstanding gathering that promotes learning, connection, and community-driven solutions. By bringing together diverse perspectives and experiences, the Forum seeks to reduce stigma, elevate lived experiences, strengthen partnerships, and promote culturally responsive approaches to mental health and well-being.

Planning is currently underway for the next Asian American Mental Health Forum. Additional details, including event information, speakers, registration, and sponsorship opportunities, will be released soon.
