Grace Tsuei Tkach

Grace Tsuei Tkach is an entrepreneurial business leader who brings her strengths in talent development and business operations across a variety of industries including life sciences, consumer/retail and professional services.
She is currently a fractional HR consultant and leadership development coach, focused on early stage biotech organizations where she works closely with leadership teams to establish HR infrastructure, develop managers and build inclusive cultures. Grace’s most recent experiences include being a brewery founder with her husband of Idle Hands Craft Ales with her day job as a senior HR leader at biotechs including Celsius Therapeutics and Pear Therapeutics. Grace appreciates gaining a diverse perspective that informs her approach having worked at large, public companies including DuPont and Ogilvy, and smaller entities, when they were privately owned, including Cell Signaling Techology, J. Crew, Timberland and Rodale.
Grace holds both an undergraduate and masters degree in business, from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton and University of Michigan’s Ross Schools of Business, respectively. In addition to being mom of a tween, triathlete and skiier, she is certified as an executive coach, in Emotional Agility for Wellness at Work and in Mental Health First Aid.
